Ryan’s Story

At just eleven-years-old, Ryan founded a charity that worked to inspire youth to serve their communities. After countless community service projects that included establishing the first youth-led disaster relief group in the nation, and a program which fed homeless citizens, Ryan learned of a deeper issue plaguing communities around the globe: the education crisis.

Ryan received the U.S. President’s Volunteer Service Award from former President Barack Obama and President Donald Trump. In 2017, Ryan was recognized as Texas’ Top High School Youth Volunteer by the Prudential Spirit of Community Awards. He was invited to Washington D.C. to represent the state of Texas in a series of recognition events, which included meeting the most decorated Olympic athlete of all-time, Michael Phelps. Ryan lives in Fort Worth and is a business student at the University of Texas Permian Basin.
